Rebecca O’Neill is the newest member of the Business, Commercial and Taxation practice group at Grim, Biehn & Thatcher. Rebecca works closely with business entities providing advice on all major tax matters as well as issues relating to business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and dissolutions. She also handles trust and estate matters with an emphasis on special needs trusts. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca practiced as an estate planning attorney in Mercer County, New Jersey where she specialized in creating comprehensive plans for families with children with special needs. Rebecca is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, and she went on to earn her LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Rebecca is a member of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council as well as the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
