To our clients, colleagues, business partners, and friends:
In compliance with Governor Wolf’s orders, our physical office in Perkasie has been closed as of March 20, 2020, and we will be working remotely until further notice. Our relationships with our clients, however, are of the utmost importance, and as such, we are forwarding this message to assure you that we have a Business Continuity Plan in place and have undertaken steps to maintain our ability to serve your legal needs in the most efficient manner possible under the circumstances. In this regard, we are fully operational and will continue to serve all of our clients remotely via telephone, email, and on-line meetings and conferences. We encourage you to consult with us just as you would have done in the past. Our attorneys and paralegals remain available to address your requests and questions, and we plan to continue to be responsive to your needs throughout any further shutdowns or quarantines that may be established in an effort to contain the outbreak.
We will be rescheduling any in-person meetings or conferences to a later date in response to the Governor’s shutdown and shelter in place orders. If you are scheduled for a transaction closing/settlement or a court appearance, we will be contacting you to discuss your options at this time.
We are all available by telephone or email. Please feel free to call our main number 215-257-6811 and choose the extension of the attorney you would like to contact. Many of these calls will go directly to us or we will get any messages immediately. Please check our website (grimlaw.com) for more information and for our respective email addresses. We will continue to provide updates via email, our website, and social media as additional information becomes available.
Thank you and may you and your family stay safe and healthy.
