Dave is an attorney in our municipal law department. Before entering private practice, Dave was a prosecutor with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office for almost eleven years, handling almost every type of case from shoplifting to homicide and appearing in court almost every day. He was assigned to the Drug Crimes Unit but also handled serious motor vehicle crash cases, ran the office’s multi-county vehicle theft task force for several years, and most recently helped establish Bucks County as one of the Commonwealth’s most successful agencies in investigating and prosecuting gun crimes and straw purchase activity. In addition to handling jury trials and countless bench trials and other court appearances at all stages, Dave worked on grant-writing, was an instructor for police and other prosecutors, and created strong relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners. After working at the District Attorney’s Office, Dave worked at a small firm in Montgomery County, primarily practicing criminal defense but also handling various civil matters. With careful and constant attention to each client’s particular circumstances and needs, he was able to help them navigate the legal system and achieve some incredible results for them in court. Dave graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Business Management, and then from the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University. He lives in Perkasie with his wife and two daughters, has coached little league for Deep Run and Pennridge, and serves on the Pennridge Youth Aid Panel.
